What is the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
Our standard MOQ for bulk vessel shipments is 12,500 MT. However, for containerized cargoes, we can facilitate smaller volumes starting from 2,500 MT to accommodate specialized supply needs.
Which ports in Brazil do you primarily use for loading?
We primarily operate through the Port of Santos and the Port of Paranaguá, ensuring efficient logistics and world-class loading infrastructure for all international destinations.
2. PAYMENTS & FINANCIAL SECURITY
What payment methods do you accept?
To ensure absolute security, we work exclusively with irrevocable, bank-to-bank instruments. We accept MT700 (LC-DLC), SBLC (MT760), or MT103 transfers from top-tier (Top 50) international banks.
Do you provide Performance Bonds (PB)?
Yes. For revolving contracts and upon the activation of a functional financial instrument, we provide a 2% Performance Bond to guarantee our delivery commitment.
3. QUALITY & INSPECTION
What quality certifications do you provide?
Every shipment is accompanied by a comprehensive set of documents, including a Certificate of Origin and an independent SGS (or equivalent) inspection report, certifying both quality and quantity at the port of loading.
Can we visit the mills or the loading port in Brazil?
We value transparency. Once the Sales and Purchase Agreement (SPA) is signed and the financial instrument is verified, we coordinate official site visits and mill inspections for our contracted partners.

How long does it take from LOI to the first shipment?
